JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Senior Merchandise Manager to execute garment product strategies. The position is responsible for establishing product line strategies and goals for the assigned division, managing merchandise partners, and creating and owning assigned products throughout their life cycle, including product approval at each stage of development.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

*High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design or equivalent experience preferred *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet *10 years' professional experience *Previous management experience/experience leading a team *Valid driver's license *Ability to travel
