Professional - Customer Service Team Members Needed For Shopify / Tidio
We are looking for Customer Service team members to join us on a rapidly growing Shopify store.
This can be a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding role. As the products it is selling are in very high demand.
Each day you get to interact with customers all over the world via Tidio live chat and email. There are times when you won’t know the answer so we’re looking for folks who are always up for a challenge and won’t stop until a solution is found. We provide an opportunity to work independently and as the part of a larger supportive team.
You’ll get to:

Be yourself.
You’ll need to (in no particular order):
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Be proficient with technology.
Care about the details, while being able to be clear and polite to all of our customers. As there maybe occasions where people are upset if they have an issue, and you must be able to work with them to resolve the situation and help calm the customer down.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be creative & curious.
Have strong reading & writing skills.
Have a track record of getting sh*t done because you’re resourceful and don’t believe in roadblocks.
You leave situations better than you found them.
Be reliable, adaptable, and have good time management skills.
Be a self-starter & hard working.
Be able to work under pressure.
Be empathetic to our customers especially given the current global pandemic.
