Are you a big-picture thinker who puts a production mind to solving the puzzles of brand systems? Do you love developing processes, templates and libraries to enable internal and external teams? Do you have years of experience providing production support to a creative team?You will have a hands-on background in creative systems and templates development, print expertise, PowerPoint execution with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and real passion for all aspects of the creative process. While you know that collaboration and partnership are the only successful path forward on any effort, you have a sense of ownership for your work and are responsible for your projects end-to-end. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Brand Production.Responsibilities:You will be responsible for the production of ongoing creative projects.You will build and share sets of branded, coordinated templates to produce marketing assets and develop new standards when needed.This includes the ongoing updates of foundational assets including graphics standard guidelines, event guidelines, brand playbook, icon libraries, PPT templates, corporate presentation decks, etc.You will educate agencies on how to utilize the designer resources, templates and systems.Manage assets and distribution to customers (Splunkers) as needed.Collaborate with web and brand designers for brand and creative consistency.Be a major contributor to building the systems to support the Brand team.You will collaborate with brand designers to help them to use proper structure when building resources.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years experience in graphic design and production, including print and web.Possess a can-do attitude to push execution forward while appropriately navigating anyroad-blocks. Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to achieve a consensus on process and systems.Solid knowledge of and experience with applying design standard methodologies and production techniques.Excellent communicator across different mediums. Strong interpersonal skills working across multi-functional internal teams.Demonstrated success in multi-tasking on a variety of project needs.Inherent sense of ownership and responsibility toward delivering projects on time.Design/creative agency experience and internships a plus. Strong background in print and digital projects preferred. Portfolio of experience should include collateral, signage, web banners, social media graphics, email templates, diagrams and PowerPoint work.Proficient in MSOffice suite u2013 Word/Excel/PowerPoint (PowerPoint skills a must).Proficient in gSuite: Docs, Sheets, Slides.Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator required.Workfront, DAM, HTML5 a plus.Education:Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or similar discipline.Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience or training.We value diversity at our company.
