Job Title Fashion Coordinator

Reports To - Sr. Director of Fashion and Softgoods Design



General Responsibilities:

The Design Coordinator is an entry level position in the dept of fashion and softgoods. This position works hand in hand with softgoods and fashion designers to facilitate the shipment of samples in a timely fashion.They will be responsible for the organization of samples, fabric & platforms. Additional tasks as required.

Examples of Typical Activities:


Ships all parcels for the Innovation group

Organize fabric storage

Cut fabric swatches

Help prepare presentation boards

Keep track of sample shells and pre-production samples

Order and dress shells for samples

Ship samples & boards

File and track Expense reports

Order supplies for the team

Track and pay invoices

Maintain filing system and track approvals for fabric development

Aid in fashion research

Prepare competitive line up with input from Product management

Maintain Pantone books; file, replenish and track


Required Experience


High school education, 1-3 years of experience

Multi-functional team work experience




Required Technical Competencies


Excellent organizational skills

Attention to detail

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe Suite




Desired Secondary Technical Competencies:


Knowledge of fabric
