JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking a Creative Services Manager - Photography and Video. The Photographer will photograph on-figure model shots, mannequin shots and off-figure laydown shots for our internal and externals customers, in a studio setting, but flexible enough to go on location if needed. In addition, this position will also produce, shoot, edit short videos for various products. The Photographer will be responsible for sourcing talent from agencies, conducting castings if necessary, lighting the set, photographing and/or video, retouching and coordinating additional vendors including hair stylists, makeup artists, models, digital techs, retouches, editors, etc. for the development of a wide range of electronic and/or printed materials. These include ecommerce, brochures, advertisements, sell sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials. This person will be responsible for following established policies and processes, budget and invoicing of project costs, project updates, managing multiple projects in various stages of completion, keeping Cintas up-to-date on digital technologies, and overall be responsible for all in-house digital photography. This will also include but not limited to recoloring, art direction, file archiving, color management, maintaining vendor relations, attending and contributing to strategy meetings, maintaining equipment and software troubleshooting, and other duties listed below. This position will also be able to provide creative direction on marketing ideas, technical support for the department, manage projects and provide assistance on team based projects.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required *3 years experience in Photo Shoot, Production, Photography, and Video *2 years prior experience in design/layout rules & principles and in marketing concepts *Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and / or internationally, including overnight *Proficiency in Mac, Photoshop, Capture One and Video editing software *Knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Microsoft Office
